Food Day- A Culinary Holiday →

Last Earth Day, I proclaimed that Earth Day should become a culinary holiday. I got ahead of myself, because culinarians, foodies and locavores now really do have a food holiday, it called Food Day. and the first one will be on Monday October 24th in2011 and in years to come.
